Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fragrance oils, incense, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. For sizing issues, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
